Running an agency is no joke and it is incredibly hard to run this business as smooth as possible. I worked for an agency for almost an entire year and what's crazy is that on the surface, it looks like everything seems to be under control, but the reality is that running an agency is constantly putting out fires you don't even know where they come from. You have unsatisfied clients telling you how to do your job, lack of communication, lost assets, to mention a few (of the many). All the stress and anxiety all these events cause is no joke. As a matter of fact, I got mentally ill because of this. I battled deep depression and crippling anxiety which resulted in having to go to therapy, taking antidepressants, and having to depend on my parents financially. I'm telling you, there were days where I couldn't even get out of bed, it was that bad.

Eventually, after taking care of my health first, I started getting back in business but this time, I decided to be my own boss and not have others telling me what to do. So I took the experience I learned from working with a local agency and combined that experience with the skills I acquired through running eCommerce businesses as a side-hustle way back when and decided to provide services based on my expertise in funnel building, content strategies, and paid ads to other people. Only that this time, I wanted to make sure I had systems in place that would help me run the business smoothly. Eventually, one-year later, this is how Ultimate Agency Dashboard came to be.
